Propagating zZense

The third and final part of zZense Technology is a personal mission, and the techniques, for propagating it to others. We pay it forward and help others to Flourish.

Why and How?

Helping others Flourish leads directly to greater PosEmotion and Meaning in our own lives, a key element to increase PERMA-V Flourishing ourselves. Further helping those around us Flourish creates a rising tide that lifts all boats.

For some of us, we propagate by raising children -- by parenting. Also, we can teach zZense Technology to family, friends, other loved ones, and the world at large.

Parenting

Bringing forth each next human generation is perhaps mankind's greatest responsibility. Often, parenting isn't as easy as it could be. As with life in general, the goal of parenting is usually only vaguely considered, because we parents are too busy with careers and the day-to-day tribulations of raising children. Conflicting advice floods us from all directions. Research shows that some things we do that feel so natural are actually, counter-intuitively, harmful! To add difficulty, results aren't clear until years later, and we only get one chance to raise each child.

We will see a significant part of zZense Technology that revolves around a framework of five primary parenting aspects with acronym GUIDE. First we will see the "G" aspect -- a clear, actionable statement of the Goal of parenting. Just like with Flourishing in general, it is absolutely critical to have crystal clarity about the Goal.

As any parent knows, parenting is a huge subject and zZense Technology is only a modest beginning in that area.

Teaching

This website is my work-in-progress to teach zZense Technology. The ideas herein are not my own -- they come from leading researchers and thinkers, curated with a sprinkling of common sense. My effort is to organize and condense the multitude of ideas into a manageable and accessible format. It's only in the beginning stages. Input from you the reader will be gratefully appreciated. I hope the website is helpful to you, and that you will introduce it to others.
